The original paper holder arm is made of nodular cast iron QT500-7, which is cast
by a special process, with high strength and never deformed, ensuring the safety
of the original paper holder arm.
The main machine and the tool holder are made of ductile iron QT500-7, which is
manufactured by precision machining and has high strength to ensure that the
tool holder will never be deformed.
The whole machine uses NSK imported original bearings.
The whole machine uses imported electrical components from Germany Muller
and Japan Omron.
The conveyor belt adopts the Japanese Nita brand.
The slitting accuracy is ±0.5mm, and the maximum speed of the machine is 350

Cutting accuracy:
a) Based on the density, number of rolls and material of the roll paper, ±0.5mm for
less than 1000mm, ±0.1% for more than 1000mm, ±0.1% when accelerating or
decelerating
b) The above data is based on stable operation and correct operation procedures
during cutting. (When the number of cut paper rolls is 1 roll, the cut paper length is
the correct length)

The actual output depends on the paper material, paper weight, cut length, number of
rolls, operator skills, operating conditions, etc.
